We're on the home stretch...

Leaving Mr and Mrs Modra and their crazy farm days, the travelling Woodleys were getting closer and closer to home (we could even smell the sea mixed with a faint hint of Farmer's Union Iced Coffee)...

(Port Augutta wildlife)

...stopping off at dear friends Mr and Mrs Woodroofe's in Ardrossan to share hints and tips and time before their very own Australia trip in two weeks - the kids especially enjoying some fun time presenting shows (always), crafting up a Christmas storm, and generally running amok...

...as well as being blessed by the amazing sunsets that God has gifted us with in this state...

...so farewell, beautiful friends, enjoy your trip!... next for the travelling Woodleys the skies over Yorkes...

...and the peace and quiet of a nearly empty national park for our last week away on our Sabbath year...

...the hat has survived this far - do you think it will make it?...

(Dada's boy - yes, Nick has got his motorbike license!)

...aaah!...Yorkes...
...the memories span many years and friendships and experiences...

...this special family time added to the recollections...

...seeing man's small imprint on our God's mighty work...

...world wide web, I hope that you never let anyone try to tell you that the sunsets in South Oz are not the best in Australia...

...nature abounded around us...

(how's that for a bushman's beard?!)

...and creativity was kindled...

...vistas abundant to be gazed upon...

...and a visit to historic Stenhouse jetty was in order for this Mrs Woodley as she day-dreamed about the past!...

...then all the travelling Woodleys made their way around (mostly) lying-in-ruins Inneston...

...while Mr Woodley (alias Dada) had his last three Sabbath surfs...

...so, fare thee well, our beloved home during Anno Domini two thousand and eleven - you served us well...

...and at last we were approaching the gracious city of Adelaide past wheat fields, Main North Road machinery, familiar architecture;...and then...

...home...
